FILMING AND VLOGGING WITH THE SMARTPHONE

During this workshop you will learn how to film and vlog in a professional manner with your smartphone. You not only learn how to make beautiful images and how to record sound, but also how to tell a compelling story in images.

The workshop has been specially developed for anyone who wants to get more out of the smartphone when making a vlog, image report or recording an interview.

We provide this workshop on fixed dates at our own training location Filmatelier Bussum as well as in-company. This workshop is also fun and very suitable as part of your team outing or team building day.

Explanation and practical exercise alternate
The emphasis of the workshop is on doing it yourself, under the guidance of experienced filmmakers. Go ahead, fail, learn! You practice making various recordings with your own smartphone. As a final assignment, you make a storyboard and consider which recordings are necessary for this. You can use this to make camera recordings and edit a complete movie using the iMovie app or the Kinemaster app for Android users. 

The workshop is given on working days from 10.00-16.30 in the Filmatelier Bussum and costs € 295,- (excluding VAT, including lunch).

Do you already have the necessary basic knowledge of filming with the smartphone? With our workshop Filming and vlogging with the smartphone for advanced students, we go deeper into both the technique of filming and the art of telling a story.

What can you do after this workshop? 
After this workshop, you will be able to continue experimenting independently with your smartphone video app with a solid basic knowledge. You know the do's and don'ts when making a vlog, interview or a visual report. In addition, you have the necessary knowledge to make your film recordings beautiful to look at and interesting in terms of content. You have the necessary knowledge to conduct a simple interview and you know how to edit the self-recorded images into a film with titles, music and a voiceover.
