After a brief introduction on what a podcast is, as a team you will start working on the question of what your podcast should be about (topic) and for whom it is made (target audience). You will work on this first assignment in sub-teams and during this process you will feel the first pressure to perform. Nothing is now optional because only the best plan will be definitively knighted as the podcast topic. The winner takes it all!
After deciding on the topic, you will practically get started. You will interview each other, record voice-overs, and search for suitable stock audio for the intro and outro of the podcast. Once again, the pressure increases because only a selection of the interviews and voice-overs will make it into the final product.
After lunch, we will put together the podcast with you. We will do this ‘live’ on a TV monitor.
Everyone can actively participate, but if you prefer to just watch, that's fine too. You can centrally indicate what should or should not be included in the podcast, and we will incorporate it visibly in the editing process until the final episode.
We close the teambuilding by listening to the final result - your own podcast!
