FILMING AND VLOGGING WITH THE SMARTPHONE

During this workshop you will learn how to film and vlog in a professional manner with your smartphone. You not only learn how to make beautiful images and how to record sound, but also how to tell a compelling story in images.

The workshop has been specially developed for anyone who wants to get more out of the smartphone when making a vlog, image report or recording an interview.

We provide this workshop on fixed dates at our own training location Filmatelier Bussum as well as in-company. This workshop is also fun and very suitable as part of your team outing or team building day.

Explanation and practical exercise alternate
The emphasis of the workshop is on doing it yourself, under the guidance of experienced filmmakers. Just do it, fail but learn! You practice with your own smartphone in making various shots. As a final assignment, you create a storyboard and determine which shots are necessary for that. Based on that, you make camera shots and edit a complete video using the iMovie app or the Kinemaster app for Android users.

The workshop takes place on weekdays from 10:00-16:30 at the Filmatelier Bussum and costs € 345,- (excluding VAT, including lunch).

What can you do after this workshop?
After this workshop, you will be able to independently experiment further with your smartphone video app with a solid basic knowledge. You will know the do's and don'ts when making a vlog, interview, or visual report. In addition, you will have the necessary knowledge to make your film shots visually appealing and interesting in terms of content. You will have the necessary knowledge to conduct a simple interview and you will know how to edit the self-recorded footage into a video with titles, music, and a voiceover.
