The emphasis of the workshop is on hands-on experience, guided by experienced filmmakers. Active learning by doing! Participants practice making various film and vlog recordings using their own smartphones. As a final assignment, they create a storyboard and determine which shots are necessary for it. Based on this, they get to work with camera recordings and editing.

What will participants be able to do after this workshop?
Participants will know the do’s and don’ts of making a vlog, interview, or visual report. In addition, they will have the necessary knowledge to make their film and vlog recordings visually appealing and content-wise interesting. They will have the skills to conduct a simple interview and know how to edit their own footage into an engaging video or vlog with titles, music, and a voiceover.
