Explanation and practical exercise alternate with each other. 
The emphasis of the workshop is on hands-on practice, guided by experienced
filmmakers. You will practice with your own smartphone in making various recordings. For the final assignment, you will create a storyboard and determine the necessary shots. Based on that, you will shoot footage and edit a complete video using the iMovie app or the Kinemaster or Capcut app for Android users.

The workshop takes place on weekdays from 10:00-16:30 at the Filmatelier Bussum and costs € 345,- (excluding VAT, including lunch).

What can you do after this workshop?
After this workshop, you will be able to independently experiment further with your
smartphone video app with a solid basic knowledge. You will know the do's and don'ts when creating a vlog, interview, or visual report. Additionally, you will have the necessary knowledge to make your film recordings visually appealing and intellectually engaging. You will be equipped to conduct a simple interview and know how to edit your self-recorded footage into a video with titles, music, and a voiceover.
