The technology of your smartphone camera: the foundation for professional video footage
Your smartphone is a powerful video camera, provided you know how to make optimal use of all its features. In this hands-on training, you will discover the possibilities of the different camera modes, such as video, film, and action mode. You will learn which video settings to choose, how to adjust the resolution and frame rate, and how to maintain control over focus, exposure, and depth of field. This way, you get the most out of your smartphone both technically and visually, and you create professional video recordings.

You will develop a new way of looking and creating. No more random recordings, but conscious choices in image, story, and structure. You will learn how to grab attention in the first seconds with a hook. This way, you move from simply filming to creating videos (short and long form) and vlogs that truly resonate and stick with your audience.
Do, learn, and apply immediately
We will work hands-on with smartphone camera and filming techniques. Think of framing, camera movements, different camera angles, filming with editing in mind, and adding variety to your shots. You will also learn how to add subtitles, transitions, voice-overs, and graphics to make your videos stronger and more appealing. No lengthy theory, but direct action. With practical exercises and clear examples, you will learn step by step how to take your videos to the next level.
